The simplicity and small quantity of our food choices during this week's Majority World Diet remind us of the abundance we live in on a daily basis.

Remember & pray for refugees around the world.

With the unused portion of your food budget, purchase grocery store gift cards (in $25 increments) to be collected on Easter Sunday and distributed to refugee families who are being resettled locally via IRC. Learn more about IRC and their work globally and locally HERE.

This is a great opportunity to teach your kids about the world and what many families around the world eat on a daily basis. Talk to them about the refugee crisis and the needs of other families locally. Modify this plan as needed. Add spices, a vegetable, or additional protein as helpful.
