Sabbath: The Provocative Center
On Sunday, April 29th we took time as a community to map out what a practice of Sabbath would look like for us as individuals and families. We engage in sabbath as a practice of trusting that God’s taking care of us so that when things get complicated or difficult, trusting God feels natural. We can rest in God’s love because we’re confident in God’s love because we practice experiencing God’s love through sabbath.
Kate and Chris joined us to share their story of integrating rest and sabbath into their family's life.
What are the rhythms of rest, play, creation, and neighbor that draw you into the rhythm of sabbath set aside and blessed as holy by God?
